Esto es un post en el foro de la alianza de los hablado en la ultima reunion acerca de ciertas reglas a seguir en el chat de la alianza, ultimamente en las reuniones ha habido lio por el chat asi que es importante que lo lean, y como me da perezita traducir yo lo pongo en ingles y a ver si algun alma piadosa ( o amiga de los post largos - Indirecta para Sucio) se anima a traducirlo.

1) when we speak of alts of alliance people that are outside alliance orgs we do speak of FAITHFUL alliance people who have alts outside for technical reason, or history, and NOT of org-hoppers (org-hoppers = ppl jumping from org to org for their personal benefit)
These alts will be welcome to speak on Alliance chat, in the interest of the alliance of course.

2) We would totally agree that we monitor org-hopping attitudes and deal with them if any

3) if someone NOT in the alliance is on alliance chat and is doing anything "not good", then it's the duty of each org to deal with this person to keep the alliance safe. Of course the issue must be a real one.

4) especially, any attempts to use the alliance for PERSONAL benefits (from a person or an org) will be dealt with IMMEDIATELY

5) this ofc applies to any attempt of pulling members

6) decisions and actions in the Alliance must happen by evaluating real, documented incidents, not vague rumors or feelings
Ofc everyone is welcome to voice his feelings and concerns

7) IF we see that we have several issues with guests NOT in the alliance, then we will consider secondary bots for them but this will require work
